The Africa Climate Collaborative Project at the University of Ghana continues to strengthen its national networks by working closely with key government institutions whose mandates align with climate action, sustainability, public education, and social development. These partnerships enhance multi‑sector collaboration needed for advancing Ghana’s climate resilience agenda.

1. National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE)

The NCCE plays a crucial role in civic awareness, public education, and community engagement—critical components for driving climate-conscious behaviour across the country.

2. MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY (MEST)

3. Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection (MoGCSP)

This ministry, newly established to steer Ghana’s climate action agenda, coordinates national climate policy, resilience initiatives, and long-term sustainability strategies.
 

5. Environmental Protection Authority (EPA Ghana)
